- Compare working conditions and compensation
- Discuss advantages of becoming an Ob/Gyn hospitalist: how to find a job, lifestyle, hours, pay, employee versus being an independent contractor, and commuting to work
- Discuss disadvantages: losing gyn surgical skills, lack of continuity with private patients, and long shifts
- Discuss what employers are looking for when hiring a new Ob/Gyn hospitalist
